Job summary

Arkhya Tech. Inc. is seeking a hands-on MuleSoft Integration Architect to lead the integration strategy for a large-scale Patient Services Hub transformation built on Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud.

You will own end-to-end integration across enrollment, benefits, prior auth, adherence, and case management, connecting Life Sciences Cloud with pharmacy systems, hub providers, CRM, ERP, and data sources. The role requires strong API-led connectivity, security and HIPAA/PHI compliance, and

Qualifications

• 10+ years in integration architecture/engineering.
• 5+ years hands-on MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (Design Center, API Manager, Runtime Manager, DataWeave, Anypoint MQ).
• MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect (or Platform Architect) required.
• Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud / Life Sciences Cloud, or similar patient services platforms.
• Knowledge of HL7/FHIR and HIPAA/PHI compliance requirements.
• Experience with cloud platforms and data warehouses.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the integration architecture and roadmap for the Patient Services Hub, aligning MuleSoft with Life Sciences Cloud.
• Design and govern API-led connectivity across enrollment, benefits, prior auth, hub case management, and workflows.
• Lead integration design with external partners: specialty pharmacies, hub providers, payers, distributors, and provider systems.
• Establish integration patterns for HIPAA-compliant data exchange and secure handling of PHI/PII.
• Architect event-driven and batch integrations for near-real-time updates and case escalations.
• Define API security, governance, and lifecycle management standards using Anypoint Platform.
• Partner with Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud architects to align data models with integration touchpoints.
• Lead technical design reviews and guide a team of MuleSoft developers.
• Own non-functional requirements: performance, scalability, HA/DR, monitoring, error/retry handling.
• Drive environment strategy, CI/CD, and DevOps practices for deployment.
• Support data migration and cutover planning from legacy systems.
