Vancouver Coastal Health invites applications for a Social Worker 1 in Squamish, BC. You will provide advanced clinical social work, conduct psychosocial assessments, and offer counselling to individuals, families and groups within a Combined Medical Surgical Nursing unit.

Applicants should hold a MSW or be eligible for equivalency with a BSW, and must be registered with BC College of Social Workers. Onboarding includes vaccination reporting and possible Criminal Records Review.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Provide advanced clinical and consultative social work services to clients and families focusing on environmental impact on relationships.
• Conduct social and psychosocial assessments.
• Provide individual, family and group counselling services.
• Maintain client records.
• Attend interdisciplinary clinical/case conferences.
• Identify community resources and facilitate care across the continuum.
