Job summary

East London NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced MSK Physiotherapist to provide operational and strategic leadership across the MSK Orthopaedic Triage and Physiotherapy services. The role focuses on developing sustainable MSK services, improving patient outcomes and aligning with NHS priorities.

The post holder will lead service performance, workforce development and governance, while supporting organisational transformation and related cost improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Requires strong clinical and leadership skills across MSK services.
• Experience with transformation and standardisation of MSK pathways.
• Ability to lead a multidisciplinary MSK service across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership to the Physiotherapy team and supervise staff.
• Lead service performance, capacity planning and governance frameworks.
