We are currently seeking a MS Dynamics 365 SCM Lead - REMOTE to join our team in Toronto, Ontario (CA-ON), Canada (CA).

The person in this role will be responsible for the D365 Supply Chain Management (SCM) design, implementation, future enhancements, and projects.

Job Expectations

• Serve as a Functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) within all aspects of Dynamics including system configuration, user requirements, and system upgrades.
• Be a functional ERP owner of all SCM processes and act as the liaison to the finance business team members.
• As a Dynamics 365 SCM Functional owner, participate in discovering and defining problem statements, evaluating solution options, and making recommendations.
• Create detailed designs and process artifacts, including specifications, and implement according to the plan.
• Coordinate testing processes with the business team for test cases.
• Support training and knowledge transfer to enable the team to meet changing global needs.
• Collaborate with business teams to develop solutions that address business challenges.
• Manage requirement gathering, functional design, testing, user acceptance, training, and hyper-care support.
• Identify inefficiencies, improvement opportunities, and critical business requirements.
• Review business cases for new Microsoft features and internal requests.
• Lead regression testing for finance-related code releases.
• Liaise with users for new requests and process ownership related to SCM teams.
• Contribute to the technology roadmap for Dynamics ecosystem.
• Ensure proper documentation and cross-training for support continuity.
• Propose modifications to improve functionality or address issues.
• Identify, evaluate, and help mitigate risks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in D365 SCM implementation and support.
• 5+ years of experience in inventory, warehouse management, procurement, and sales order processing.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of EDI is a plus.
• Finance or Accounting background.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Compliance with corporate standards.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
