MS Dynamics 365 SCM Functional Lead

Remote, Canada

Job Description :

We are seeking a MS Dynamics 365 SCM Functional Lead to drive the design, implementation, and optimization of D365 Supply Chain Management (SCM) solutions at Jockey International. The ideal candidate will serve as the functional SME, owning all SCM processes and playing a critical liaison role between technology and business teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Act as the Functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) for D365 SCM – including configuration, user requirements, and upgrades.
• Own all ERP functional areas for Inventory, Procurement, Warehouse Management, and Sales Order Processing .
• Lead requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional design, and user acceptance testing.
• Coordinate and support system testing, training, go-live, and post-go-live hypercare.
• Partner with finance and SCM teams to understand business needs and propose value-added solutions.
• Evaluate new Microsoft feature releases, support regression testing, and manage ongoing improvements.
• Document processes and cross-train team members to ensure continuity and support coverage.
• Participate in building the technology roadmap within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
• Identify risks and improvement opportunities while aligning with compliance and corporate standards.
• Provide support for production issues and recommend enhancements or configuration updates as needed.

Required Qualifications :

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in D365 SCM implementation and support .
• Deep understanding of inventory, warehouse management, procurement, and sales order processing .
• Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with documentation, testing, and user training.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Knowledge of EDI .
• Background in Finance or Accounting is a plus.
• Familiarity with Microsoft releases and upgrade strategies.
• Experience managing change control and risk mitigation strategies.
