About The Job

Reporting to the Professional Practice Leader (or designate), the MRI Technologist performs magnetic resonance imaging procedures. This position is responsible for assisting the Radiologists during procedure, inputting patient specific data into the Radiology Information System (RIS) and PACS and providing direction regarding procedures to student technologists and staff trainees. KBRH is the regional center for the Kootenay Boundary Health Service Area. Medical Imaging staff at KBRH work with a broad demographic of patients in both inpatient and outpatient procedures. Our department is highly anticipating future redesign and working on a new scanner.

This is a Relief Part Time (0.29) opportunity until the return of the incumbent. Shifts of work will be scheduled rotating days and evenings.
