RES/CIC MPS Coordinator

Are you passionate about safety & security and seeking an opportunity to join a team of mobile patrol & supervision professionals in ASP’s Residential & Commercial division?

A.S.P itself provides services to a wide range of clients such as Commercial, Industrial, Residential, Corporate, as well as Aviation with some of the largest airports in Canada. Specialties include guarding, customer service, K9 detection, and more.

A.S.P. is looking for two RES/CIC MPS Coordinators that would be responsible for administrative and management tasks for the Residential & Commercial division’s Mobile Patrol Supervisor team. This role will report to the Director – Operations & Training.

What you will do:
  • Oversight and leadership of the RES/CIC Mobile Patrol Supervisor team including quality assurance checks, auditing, task issuance, training, patrol and site visit completion, route sheets, TrackTik, interviews, et cetera
  • Vehicle fleet support including maintenance tracking, equipment, appointment scheduling, and GeoTab auditing
  • Collaborate with Resource Planning and Operations regarding RES/CIC
  • Arrange and track City of Toronto MLEO certification, review parking and towing tags
  • Audit reports - inclusive of daily reports, incident reports, inspection reports, SafetyCulture reports, and others
  • Oversight of health & safety tasks such as monthly MPS site inspections, hazard checks, and SafetyCulture
  • Create, edit, and audit site post orders annually and on an as-needed basis
  • Frontline employee support and engagement while in the field
  • Assist with emergency situations such as employee injuries, time sensitive deliveries, and shift vacancies
  • When required, conduct MPS responsibilities
  • Be present and assist with the coordination of new site start-ups and new employee deployments
  • Work closely with ASP management on RES/CIC operations and performance
  • Other tasks as assigned

Requirements:
  • Must meet all requirements under the City of Toronto respite portfolio contract for supervisors
  • Must be able to maintain a full-time continental schedule of 1300-0100hrs
  • MLEO certification for the City of Toronto is preferred
Compensation:
  • Wage range: $25.00/hourly
