Job summary

StoneRidge Insurance Brokers, formerly K5 Insurance, seeks an MPI & Auto Broker to support clients with MPI and auto insurance needs at our Selkirk office. You will review coverage options, issue registrations, and process new auto policies using Applied Epic and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in customer service.
• Valid Level 1 Manitoba General Insurance License.
• MPI and Autopac experience preferred, IWS familiarity a plus.
• Strong communication and client service skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with MPI and auto insurance needs.
• Review auto coverage options and provide advice based on client needs.

Position: MPI & Auto Broker

Job Type: In Office, Full Time, Permanent

Work Location: 377 Main Street, Selkirk, MB

Pay: From $20/hr

What You Will Do:

• Support clients with their MPI and auto insurance needs.
• Review auto coverage options and provide advice based on each client’s needs.
• Issue vehicle registrations, driver’s licenses, and related services.
• Process new business on auto policies.
• Use programs such as Microsoft Office and Applied Epic to manage client information and transactions.
• Maintain accurate and detailed client records.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurance carriers, and internal team members.

What You Bring:
