The Blueprint

This role is responsible for completing scheduled assignments for model suites' installation, move, and removal, as well as organizing the warehouse with furniture and other staging materials for model suites and offices.

A Glimpse into Your Daily Activities
  • Safely and efficiently execute the timely movement of furniture to and from model suites and sales offices as per the established schedule.
  • Take charge of garbage removal during furniture delivery to maintain a clean and inviting environment in model suites and offices.
  • Coordinate and confirm access arrangements for suite entry and elevator usage to facilitate the smooth transition of furniture installations and removals.
  • Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills in effectively managing and arranging furniture within the warehouse space, optimizing accessibility and visual appeal.
  • Liaise with the landlord, when necessary, particularly in cases involving work completed within the warehouse, showcasing a professional representation of our company.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role involving furniture movement, logistics, or related responsibilities.
  • Strong time management skills to ensure efficient handling of tasks within designated schedules.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to maintain order in warehouse spaces and manage furniture movement effectively.
  • Handyman skills to address minor furniture adjustments and setups.
  • Customer service skills to interact professionally and courteously with internal teams and external partners.
  • Demonstrated resourcefulness, flexibility, and adaptability to successfully navigate changes in a dynamic environment.
