Responsibilities

• Perform repair work as specified on the repair order efficiently, following dealership policies.
• Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools to identify issues.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.
• Communicate with the Service Advisor to inform customers of additional services needed.
• Estimate repair times and execute repairs under warranty according to manufacturer specifications.

Qualifications

• 310G Motorcycle Technician Licence required.
• At least 2 years of experience in a Powersports or Motorcycle Dealership.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Team-oriented, hardworking, and customer-focused attitude.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Positive, friendly demeanor and ability to collaborate effectively.
• Ability to learn new repair procedures and operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
