Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver motor design solutions meeting customer requirements.
- Own DVP&R definition and execution to validate product performance.
- Lead DFMEA activities and design reviews.
- Perform FEA/NVH and tolerance stack-up analyses.
- Support prototype builds, testing, and validation activities.
- Lead root cause analysis and issue resolution.
- Support cost optimization and manufacturing readiness.
- Present technical content to internal and customer stakeholders.
