Ontario Northland Transportation Commission (ONTC) seeks a Motor Coach Operator – Spare Board in Sudbury. You will begin on a spare board rotation, operate line runs, scheduled charters, and garage duties including bus cleaning, delivering reliable passenger service across Ontario.
The role requires a customer-focused driver with a valid B or C license (Z endorsement preferred), a clean driving record, and the ability to lift 75 lbs.

Our Motor Coach Operation is in the business of moving people across Ontario. We strive to provide reliable and efficient service and hire staff capable of fulfilling these goals. The average bi-weekly earnings for a spare Motor Coach Operator were $3,200 in 2025.
Be an ambassador for Ontario Northland and travel throughout Ontario.
The successful candidate will need to pass the following clearances: criminal record check, employment references and education verification.
