Our Headquarters in Kingsville, ON is currently seeking a Motion Graphics Designer to join our innovative Marketing Team! The essential function of this role is responsible for creating static / motion graphics and animations that are visually stunning for a variety of print and digital platforms (mainly Social Media). Design skills also include being able to incorporate typography, visual effects, photography and potentially sound to create something memorable.

Primary Responsibilities :

Design - your main job is to create static / motion graphics and animations that are visually stunning for a variety of print and digital platforms (mainly Social Media). Design skills also include being able to incorporate typography, visual effects, photography and potentially sound to create something memorable.

Have a keen eye for detail - Attention to the details of your projects and aesthetics, as this will ensure that the final product grabs attention.

Collaboration – Communicate and work efficiently to create a final product that is visually alluring.

C reativity – Work collaboratively by bringing new, creative ideas to the table and contributes to the success of the marketing team.

Adaptation and optimization - Use a wide range of devices to access information, shares design which will be viewed on multiple devices / platforms, while being able to adapt and optimize the motion graphics for different screen sizes and resolutions

Project Management – Project management and multi-tasking, deadline-driven and deliver projects in a timely manner—and within budget—is essential.

Stay up to date on industry trends - the digital world is constantly changing, so staying up to date with best practices and current trends ensures employability; refining your skills and exploring new techniques and ideas to help you push the boundaries of graphic design and create something astounding.

Education / Background Requirements :

• A University Degree / College Diploma preferred in visual arts with specialization in graphic design, commercial art, graphic communications or completion of a college diploma program in graphic arts is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in social media strategy creative design and branding required.

Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

• Proficient Knowledge in all features of Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop and Illustrator among others.
• Understanding of animation principles, Typography, 3D design, Graphic Design, Video Editing and Social Media
• Must be a team player that can work autonomously, recognizing resources and meeting deadlines.
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate an idea.
