We are seeking a creative, thoughtful, and dynamic Motion Designer to join our Design and Creative team. You will craft compelling kinetic experiences that elevate our brand and product ecosystem, working with Brand Designers, UX Designers, Engineers, and Marketing partners. What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain scalable motion design systems, guidelines, and libraries ensuring a consistent visual language across products and platforms.
• Concept, design, and animate original motion assets for digital touchpoints—campaigns, product explainers, videos, web, social media, and events.
• Translate complex concepts into clear, engaging kinetic narratives.
• Create storyboards, styleframes, and prototypes to communicate motion design ideas.
• Collaborate with creative, brand, and marketing teams for integrated visual storytelling.
• Partner with UX/UI designers for product animations, micro-interactions, and motion-enhanced prototypes.
• Work closely with Engineers to ensure smooth implementation and troubleshoot feasibility issues.
• Stay current with trends in motion design, tools, interaction design, animation technology, and AI tools.
• Source, brief, and art-direct external motion vendors and freelancers.

What You'll Bring

• 3–5 years of professional motion design experience, ideally in a product, agency, or tech environment.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of motion design work.
• Proficiency in tools such as After Effects, Figma, Principle, Lottie, Adobe Illustrator, Premiere, or equivalents.
• Experience with 3D tools like Cinema 4D or Blender is a plus.
• Understanding of UX/UI fundamentals and how motion enhances usability and storytelling.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present work to stakeholders.
• Familiarity with brand systems and how motion supports design language.
• Strong storytelling, pacing, and editing skills.
• Comfort working proactively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with front-end motion implementation (CSS, React libraries like Framer Motion) is a plus. Healthcare, HealthTech, MedTech experience is also valued.
