Job summary

You will review income, down payment and property documentation, manage files from commitment to broker conditions, and collaborate with brokers, insurers, and solicitors to meet turnaround times while ensuring AML compliance.

Qualifications

• Completed post-secondary education or equivalent work experience.
• Completion of Mortgage Agent Course and/or FSRA License an asset.
• Experience in mortgage underwriting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Render credit decisions within approved limits per policy.
• Review documentation for income, down payment and property.
• Maintain files from commitment to broker conditions.
• Engage with brokers and external partners to collect required documents.
