Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and assess incoming mortgage applications
  • Upload applications accurately and efficiently to appropriate lender platforms
  • Analyze client profiles and determine the best lender fit to obtain approvals
  • Collaborate with agents and lenders to manage the underwriting process
  • Assist with final signing packages, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards
  • Maintain organized records and clear communication with all stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the mortgage industry
  • Strong knowledge of the Canadian lending landscape, mortgage products, and compliance regulations
  • Proven ability to assess files and match clients with appropriate lenders
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently
Compensation:
