Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an internal candidate or student to support mortgage retention and HELOC strategies in Toronto. You will work with cross-functional teams to shape strategic initiatives and develop data-driven business cases using qualitative and quantitative data.

The role emphasizes dashboard development in Power BI and Excel, portfolio metrics, and presenting insights to stakeholders. Strong MS Office and SQL skills are required, along with excellent analytical abilities.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a University/College program (Finance, Business, Accounting or Economics preferred).
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and SQL.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Submit transcript and resume in one document.
• Background and credit checks may be required.

Responsibilities

• Support retention and HELOC strategies to drive product growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives.
• Develop data-driven business cases using qualitative and quantitative data.
• Create Power BI and Excel dashboards consolidating portfolio metrics.
• Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
