We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Home Financing Advisor (HFA) to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to leverage your banking expertise, influence, trust development, and client experience skills to build strong relationships, provide mortgage advice, and drive sales. The position features a commission-based pay structure, flexibility through a mobile role, and is ideal for entrepreneurial individuals who thrive in a results-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Build lasting relationships with clients, referral partners, and community stakeholders to generate mortgage opportunities and referrals.
  2. Utilize banking expertise and communication skills to provide tailored mortgage advice aligned with clients' financial goals.
  3. Build trust through transparent, honest advice, rapport, and open communication throughout the mortgage process.
  4. Prioritize client experience by understanding needs, delivering personalized service, and ensuring a seamless application process.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriters, to facilitate timely approvals and closings while adhering to regulatory standards.
  6. Remain mobile to be accessible and accommodate client preferences.
  7. Stay informed on market trends, mortgage products, and industry regulations to provide informed advice and maintain a competitive edge.
