We are building a sales team anchored by an inclusive, client-focused culture. We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Home Financing Advisor (HFA) to join us. This role offers the opportunity to leverage banking expertise, influence, trust development, and client experience to build strong relationships, provide mortgage advice, and drive sales. The position is commission-based and flexible, ideal for entrepreneurial individuals who thrive in a results-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build lasting relationships with clients, referral partners, and community stakeholders to generate mortgage opportunities and referrals.
- Utilize banking expertise and communication skills to provide tailored mortgage advice aligned with clients' financial goals.
- Build trust through transparent and honest advice, rapport, and open communication throughout the mortgage process.
- Prioritize client experience by understanding needs, delivering personalized service, and ensuring a seamless application process.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriters, to facilitate timely approvals and closings while adhering to regulations.
- Remain mobile to be accessible and accommodate clients’ preferences.
- Stay informed about market trends, mortgage products, and industry regulations to provide informed advice and maintain competitiveness.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of proven success in the mortgage industry or related field.
- Strong commitment to trust development, client experience, and exceptional service.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to influence and build rapport.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with drive to succeed in a commission-based sales environment.
