• Develops and executes marketing and sales programs to drive business results.
• Guides customers through mortgage applications and processing activities.
• Partners with branch teams to hand off customers and finalize mortgage documentation.
• Provides advice on banking products and cross-sell opportunities.
• Engages with referral networks to create strong relationships that generate mortgage originations.
