Job Purpose:

We are currently seeking a passionate and results-driven Home Financing Advisor (HFA) to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in banking, influencing, trust development, and client experience to build strong relationships, provide expert mortgage advice, and drive mortgage sales. This position offers a commission-based compensation structure and the flexibility of a mobile role, making it ideal for entrepreneurial individuals who are enthusiastic about making a positive impact and thrive in a results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Build lasting relationships with clients, referral partners, and community stakeholders to generate mortgage opportunities and referrals.
  2. Utilize your banking expertise and communication skills to provide tailored mortgage advice aligned with clients' financial goals.
  3. Build trust through transparent and honest advice, rapport, and open communication throughout the mortgage process.
  4. Prioritize client experience by understanding needs, delivering personalized service, and ensuring a seamless mortgage application process.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriters, to facilitate timely approvals and closings while adhering to regulatory requirements.
  6. Remain mobile to be accessible and accommodate clients’ preferences.
  7. Stay informed about market trends, mortgage products, and industry regulations to provide informed advice and maintain a competitive edge.
