This role offers the opportunity to leverage banking expertise, influence, trust development, and client experience to build strong relationships, provide mortgage advice, and drive sales. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Build lasting relationships with clients, referral partners, and community stakeholders to generate mortgage opportunities and referrals.
  2. Provide tailored mortgage advice aligning with clients' financial goals, utilizing banking expertise and communication skills.
  3. Build trust through transparent, honest advice, rapport, and open communication throughout the mortgage process.
  4. Prioritize client experience by understanding needs, delivering personalized service, and ensuring a seamless application process.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriters, to facilitate timely approvals and closings while adhering to regulations.
  6. Remain mobile to be accessible and accommodate client preferences.
  7. Stay informed about market trends, mortgage products, and regulations to provide informed advice and stay competitive.
