Responsibilities include:

  • Building and managing relationships within a referral network to generate mortgage business and increase market share.
  • Identifying sales opportunities and referring them to BMO colleagues.
  • Developing marketing and sales programs to drive results.
  • Supporting targeted marketing initiatives and promotions.
  • Expanding network through referrals and partnerships.
  • Participating in community events to enhance BMO's presence.
  • Guiding customers through mortgage applications and processing.
  • Partnering with branch teams for customer handoffs and documentation.
  • Providing excellent customer service and resolving issues promptly.
  • Staying informed about industry trends, regulations, and customer needs.
  • Analyzing data to inform decisions and reporting on performance.

Qualifications:

  • Typically 3-5 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree or equivalent.
  • Deep understanding of mortgage lending processes and regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal, sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of personal banking, investments, and real estate markets.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
