What You’ll Do:

• Advise clients on mortgage financing for purchases, refinances, renewals, and equity takeouts
• Assess borrower profiles and present appropriate lending solutions
• Submit mortgage applications to lenders and follow through to closing
• Stay up to date on current rates, products, and industry trends
• Build referral relationships and grow your client base

• Proven track record in mortgage origination
