What to Expect
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding mortgage inquiries and renewals
- Engage with clients to analyze their financial needs and identify additional banking opportunities
- Utilize problem-solving skills to address client issues and provide timely solutions
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mortgage products and industry trends to offer tailored recommendations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experiences and address any service delays
What is Required
- Must be fluent in both French and English to effectively serve clients
- Strong client engagement skills with a focus on providing positive experiences
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a secure workspace
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Flexibility to work Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm and Saturday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Previous experience in a mortgage or banking-related role
- Familiarity with CIBC’s mortgage products and services
- Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Experience in a call center or client service environment
