Job description

Job Title: Mortgage Broker Administrator

Location:Abbotsford, B.C.

Job Type:Part Time

Salary: $60,000 based on full time hours

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Mortgage Broker Administrator to join our team on a part time role that has a great combination of mortgage expertise with administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with mortgage applications, documentation, and client communication
  • Assist with Investors files within Trust Companies and onboarding
  • Accurately enter and manage client data using relevant mortgage software
  • Perform general administrative tasks including scheduling, CRM updates, and email management

Qualifications:

  • Valid Mortgage Broker License (required)
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in the mortgage or financial services industry
  • Experience working with an EMD and Trust Companies
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
