Key Responsibilities:
  1. Build lasting relationships with clients, referral partners, and community stakeholders to generate mortgage opportunities and referrals.
  2. Utilize banking expertise and communication skills to provide tailored mortgage advice aligned with clients’ financial goals.
  3. Build trust through transparent, honest advice, rapport, and open communication during the mortgage process.
  4. Prioritize client experience by understanding needs, delivering personalized service, and ensuring a seamless application process.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriters, to facilitate timely approvals and closings while complying with regulations.
  6. Remain mobile to be accessible and accommodate client preferences.
