We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Home Financing Advisor (HFA) to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to leverage banking expertise, influence, trust development, and client experience to build relationships, provide mortgage advice, and drive sales. The position features a commission-based structure and mobile flexibility, ideal for entrepreneurial individuals eager to make a positive impact in a results-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build lasting relationships with clients, referral partners, and community stakeholders to generate mortgage opportunities and referrals.
- Utilize banking expertise and communication skills to provide tailored mortgage advice aligned with clients’ financial goals.
- Build trust through transparent, honest advice, rapport, and open communication during the mortgage process.
- Prioritize client experience by understanding needs, delivering personalized service, and ensuring a seamless application process.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriters, to facilitate timely approvals and closings while complying with regulations.
- Remain mobile to be accessible and accommodate client preferences.
- Stay informed about market trends, mortgage products, and industry regulations to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in the mortgage industry or a related field.
- Strong commitment to trust, client experience, and exceptional service.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to influence and build rapport.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with drive to succeed in a commission-based environment.
