Job Purpose:

As a Home Financing Advisor (HFA), you will be responsible for developing residential mortgage business through third-party referral sources such as real estate agents, lawyers, financial planners, and centres of influence, with the goal of bringing new customers to the Bank.

Skills and Experience:

• Strong sales management experience with the ability to market yourself, mortgage solutions, and Scotiabank effectively.
• A relationship builder focused on delivering excellent client experiences and expanding relationships with existing clients.
• Current knowledge of mortgage lending policies, real estate markets, property values, sales trends, and competitor programs to respond effectively to business needs.
• 3 to 5 years of industry-related experience with a deep understanding of your local market.
• Valid driver's license and access to personal transportation.
