First Student is hiring part-time School Bus Drivers in Thunder Bay, ON. You will transport students safely on morning and afternoon routes, with additional hours for field trips and events.

No experience is required; training is provided to help you become a safe, professional driver. The role offers a sign-on bonus, minimum 4 paid hours per day, and flexible, daytime hours suitable for retirees, caregivers, or those seeking a second job.

Qualifications

• Valid Commercial License required.
• Experience with ride-share or taxi services is a plus.
• Background in customer service is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport students to and from school and activities.
• Supervise boarding and unloading; assist with seatbelts and mobility aids.
• Maintain order on the bus and conduct pre-/post-trip inspections.
• Report mechanical issues and keep the bus clean and sanitary.
• Obey traffic laws and company safety standards.
• Communicate with parents, school staff, and dispatch about delays.
