Job description

We're seeking a Dough Cook to join us at Banff Hospitality Collective! Banff Hospitality Collective or as we like to call it ‘BHC', is a multi-concept restaurant and entertainment company with 17 venues and counting. All our venues are unique in their own right but have a few things in common:

  1. They are all located in downtown Banff.
  2. Serve amazing food and beverage.

Willingness to start shifts as early as 5:00 AM is required.

What You'll Do:

  • Preparing and cooking dough, ensuring standards are being met.
  • Pasta Production.
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization.
  • Assist with training new team members as required.

What You Have:

  • Excellent work ethic and communication skills.
  • Previous dough or bakery experience is an asset.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible schedule required.
