We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Scientist to join our team. In this key role, you will lead efforts to enhance our data processing workflows and AI functionalities in collaboration with our senior developers. This position offers the opportunity to drive innovation and significantly enhance our AI technologies that serve our analytics platform users.

• Lead and manage automated data processing workflows to ensure optimal performance and accuracy.
• Develop and refine AI functionalities within our user interface to boost analyst efficiency and user experience.
• Oversee and optimize the AI Assistant, ensuring it effectively supports customer interactions and data understanding.
• Collaborate with analysts to refine AI-driven processes, reducing the need for manual data processing.
• Mentor and guide junior resources, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment, with the potential for team expansion.
• Report and communicate AI performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous enhancement.
• Work independently to analyze current processes and propose sophisticated improvements.
• Collaborate effectively with global teams to drive innovation.

Success Criteria

• Fluency in English
• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in developing and managing AI / ML models.
• Proficiency in Python programming, with expertise in libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, Scikit-learn.
• Experience with AI solution deployment and management on Azure cloud services is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous, detail-oriented approach to data work.
• Excellent ability to work independently with a strategic mindset for innovation.
• Track record of improving AI-human interactions and reducing manual workloads in data processing is a plus.
• Strong communication skills for reporting findings and influencing data-driven decision-making processes.
