The Linq Agency is seeking motivated, customer-focused Retail Sales Ambassadors for full-time and part-time roles across the Montreal area. You will engage customers in high-traffic retail locations, educate them on financial products, and help match solutions to their needs in a team-based, energetic environment.

We offer guaranteed hourly pay plus uncapped commissions, paid training, ongoing coaching, clear performance metrics, and opportunities for advancement within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset.
• Sales or customer-facing experience preferred (retail, hospitality, promotions, or direct sales).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, outgoing, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Flexible availability (evenings and weekends required for events).
