Role Overview

As a Bilingual Automotive Fixed Ops Software Trainer, you will support and train customers on our Dealer Management Software (DMS), specifically in Parts and Service modules, in both English and French. Training involves virtual sessions, online, over the phone, and onsite when necessary. This is a remote position based out of Montreal, with 50% travel within North America.

Responsibilities

• Learn and understand PBS software and customer training processes
• Assist with data entry and key tasks, including payroll modules if applicable
• Lead software installations and training sessions
• Prioritize tasks independently and take initiative to learn new products
• Provide excellent customer support and training
• Navigate and demonstrate our DMS software effectively
• Maintain positive customer relationships and handle support tickets
• Share knowledge within the team and maintain documentation
• Participate in ongoing education and cross-training
• Monitor DTO queue and ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English (speaking, reading, writing)
• Experience in parts or service dealership areas preferred
• 1-2 years in automotive industry or PBS experience preferred
• High School Diploma required
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to travel within Canada and the US up to 2 weeks / month; valid passport, US visa, and driver’s license required
