We're hiring a Risk Analyst – Technical Risk & Controls | Based in Montreal (Hybrid)

A fast-growing international financial institution is looking for a Risk Analyst to join its Technical Office & Expertise team in the Americas. This role is crucial in strengthening risk management practices across infrastructure and operations, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and internal control frameworks.

What you’ll do :

  1. Monitor and report on risk metrics (KPIs / KRIs) and service performance indicators.
  2. Support audits and help maintain a strong control environment across IT domains.
  3. Work closely with global and regional teams on continuous improvement initiatives.
  4. Contribute to the development and execution of risk controls and operational procedures.
  5. Help build a standardized control framework across multiple entities in the Americas.

What we’re looking for :

  1. 3–5 years of experience managing processes and technologies in an IT infrastructure setting.
  2. Strong technical background is a must.
  3. Solid knowledge of operational risk, internal controls, and regulatory requirements (Americas).
  4. Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
  5. Ability to work cross-functionally in an agile and dynamic environment.
