Qualifications:
  • Valid BC Teachers Certificate
  • Member of the Ministry of Education Teacher Regulation Branch
  • Qualified/experienced in Montessori
  • Must possess an Association Montessori Internationale (AMI) diploma, an AMS credential program diploma, or a Montessori diploma from a registered training center, and have completed a supervised practicum in a Montessori classroom
  • Knowledge of effective literacy and numeracy practices and development
  • Knowledge and experience in personalizing learning for all students
  • Ability and willingness to work in a technologically rich learning environment
  • Successful completion of a Criminal Record Search as carried out through the Ministry of Education Teacher Regulation Branch
  • Commitment to creating a safe and caring learning environment

Compensation:
Salary as per Teachers' Collective Agreement. Current salary range is $59,724 to $110,833.00 annually plus comprehensive benefits package.
