Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, and optimizing profits.

Duties:

1. Oversee daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, kitchen efficiency, and customer service.
2. Manage and motivate staff to provide exceptional service.
3. Interview, hire, and train new employees.
4. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
5. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
6. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
7. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in a leadership role within the food industry is preferred.
2. Knowledge of food handling procedures and kitchen operations.
3. Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.
4. Strong team management skills to lead and inspire staff.
5. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective customer interactions.
