Polytainers Inc. is looking for a Molding Mixer to support resin and pigment replenishment in molding machines. You will handle product and color changes, monitor resin levels, and ensure proper storage and safety in a busy production environment.

The role requires a high school diploma, English fluency, and teamwork skills. Prior experience with scissor lifts or SkyJack is considered an asset, with a strong emphasis on safety and record-keeping.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with scissor lifts and SkyJack equipment is a plus.
• Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Begin each shift by visually checking pigment levels at machines and replenish as needed.
• Monitor and replenish resin from Gaylord as required.
• Check resin levels in surge bins and silos and report any switching needs.
• Maintain resin and pigment records and ensure proper storage of materials.
• Perform resin/color changes and assist with resin/ pigment engineering trials.
