Bath Fitter is hiring a Production Worker (Molder) to finish materials using appropriate tools and machinery at our Canadian facility. You will cut, bend, sand, assemble, and mold parts, ensuring quality while adhering to health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a factory/warehouse environment.
• Ability to perform physical tasks (standing, handling tools).
• Ability to work in a hot environment and follow safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Cut various materials using a band saw or cutting bench according to procedures.
• Perform bending, straightening, sanding and assembly of products.
• Adjust machinery or molds per procedures and standards.
• Mold parts to established criteria and inspect visually for defects.
• Label, package and box finished parts; adhere to safety standards.
