Job summary

Circle 5 in Ontario is seeking senior and junior Mold Makers to join our team, building precision molds with tight tolerances. You will work across all stages from start builds to finishing touches, in a collaborative, quality-driven environment.

We value attention to detail, reliability, and a strong work ethic. The role offers day, night or weekend schedules, full-time hours, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience operating lathe, Bridgeport and surface grinder.
• Experience in hot runner systems, hydraulics and welding is an asset.
• Meticulous attention to detail and well organized.
• Experience in trouble-shooting molds.

• Construct a variety of molds with tight tolerances, producing robust and flash free molds.
• Capable in all phases of mold making from starting builds to finishing builds.

MOLD MAKERS – SENIOR & JUNIOR

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Construct a variety of molds with tight tolerances, producing robust and flash free molds
• Capable in all phases of mold making from starting builds to finishing builds

QUALIFICATIONS

• Capable of independently operating lathe, Bridgeport and surface grinder
• Experience in hot runner systems, hydraulics and welding (an asset)
• Exceptional at fitting slides, lifters, retractor and spotting components and parting lines
• Experience in trouble-shooting molds
• Meticulous attention to detail and well organized
• Strong work ethic and highly motivated
• A fan of Costco roasted chickens and tempted to get the Hot Dog (and Pop) at checkout

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: day, night or weekend opportunities

Salary: tbd, overtime pay after 8 hours (10% night shift premium, weekend shift premium)
