Job Description:

• Provide leadership, direction, coaching, and training
• Ensure adherence to Paladin Security policies and procedures
• Ensure all Security Officers complete mandatory training
• Maintain proper documentation and pass it to the Field Manager/CSM
• Document and investigate security incidents and complaints
• Communicate concerns/issues with Supervisor/Client Service Manager
• Manage daily operations of the mobile department

Requirements:

• Previous security experience is an asset
• Post-secondary education in Law Enforcement/Security from a recognized college
• Knowledge of Trespass to Property Act and Mental Health Act
• Punctuality, reliability, tact, and diplomacy

Prerequisites to produce proof of at interview:

• Immunization records (Measles, Mumps, Rubella [MMR], Varicella, Pertussis, TB Skin Tests - Steps 1 & 2)
• Completed immunizations for Measles, Mumps, and Rubella are required at hire; non-immunized applicants are ineligible

Valid Ontario G Driver’s License with at least 3 years of driving experience

• Vulnerable Sector Check clearance
• Clean background check
• Passing driver’s abstract with no major convictions, no more than two minor convictions, and no more than 6 demerit points in the last three years
