Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Mount, balance, rotate, and repair all types of tires on various vehicles, including passenger cars, light trucks, large trucks, and industrial equipment.
  2. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair semi-trucks and trailers, covering commercial tires, HVAC, brakes, steering & suspension, PM inspections, drive train, and electrical systems.
  3. Conduct fleet inspections.
  4. Operate and work with tire TPMS (Tire Pressure Management System).
  5. Participate in training sessions, follow safety procedures, and adhere to company policies.
  6. Ensure the safe operation of company vehicles, complying with speed and traffic regulations.
  7. Drive a service truck (F-350) to offsite locations to assist customers with breakdowns.
  8. Perform any other duties as assigned.

Skills / Education / Requirements:

  • Must pass pre-employment drug screening.
  • Experience with heavy-duty/commercial tires is preferred but not required.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to lift and move tires weighing between 30-250 lbs., with or without mechanical assistance.
  • Ability to perform repetitive exertions, handle awkward postures, and endure vibrations.
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
