Scarlet Security & Risk Group (SSRG) in Chilliwack, BC is hiring a Mobile Security Patrol Officer for full-time graveyard shifts from 9 PM to 9 AM, Friday to Monday. Work from the CHILLIWACK operation office with a strong emphasis on safety, incident reporting, and high-visibility patrols.

Ideal candidates will hold a BC Security Licence, a valid BC driver’s licence with a clean abstract, and experience in security or customer service. Benefits include health, dental, and bonus incentives.

Responsibilities

• Monitor property access control.
• Investigate and report suspicious behaviour, incidents, and security breaches.
• Enforce client-informed policies.
• Communicate with law enforcement, emergency medical personnel, and fire departments.
• Respond to alarms and ensure properties are secure before departing.

SSRG is currently hiring a Mobile Security Patrol Officer to join our team in Chilliwack, BC.

This is a full time, graveyard shift position with from 9 PM to 9 AM, Friday to Monday. We are looking for a reliable and professional individual with strong communication skills and a commitment to safety and security.

Responsibilities

• High-visibility patrol of assigned areas, on foot and in company vehicles


• Ensure the security of all personnel, visitors, and the general public


• Respond against theft, trespassing, vandalism, and fire


• Monitor property access control


• Investigate and report suspicious behaviour, incidents, and security breaches


• Enforce client-informed policies


• Communicate with law enforcement, emergency medical personnel, and fire departments


• Respond to and investigate alarms, ensuring properties are secure and in order before departing

Shift Details

• Full-time: Must be able to work 32 to 40 hours per week


• Shifts: 09:00 pm - 09:00 am (Friday-Monday)


• Mobile patrol team works out of the operations office in CHILLIWACK, which is accessible by transit

Qualifications

• Hold a valid BC Security Licence


• Have a valid Class 4 or 5 Driver's Licence, with a clean driver's abstract (NO previous suspensions and/or prohibitions)


• Strong knowledge of Road Safety


• Relevant security experience


• Relevant experience in the security or customer service industry


• Excellent customer service & professional deportment


• High standard for safety & a passion for security


• Excellent documentation and communication skills


• Enjoy working as part of a team, but able to work independently without supervision


• Additional certifications are an asset: First Aid Certification, AST, etc.


• Priority will be given to the candidates living in or near Chilliwack
