Blackbird Security Inc. is hiring Mobile Security Guards in Edmonton, AB to protect client properties and deter crime. You will patrol sites, respond to incidents, and provide courteous service to clients and patrons.

Qualifications

• Alberta Security License required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Personal vehicle required.
• Clean driving abstract required.
• Previous mobile security experience preferred.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Willingness to attend meetings and improve skills.
• Ability to work without close supervision.
• Must be willing and comfortable to stop security violations.

Responsibilities

• Patrol designated areas to ensure post orders in your personal vehicle; site vehicles will be provided later.
• Respond quickly to security violations, property damage, alarms and trespassers on client premises.
• Establish a strong security presence to deter crime and theft.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, customers and patrons.
• Perform safety and security duties with the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
• Complete incident reports for security purposes.
• Respond to emergencies and escalate to law enforcement as required.

What you will do

• Patrol designed areas to ensure post orders in your personal vehicle, with appropriate Security Designation signage and lighting provided; site vehicles will be provided in future

• Quickly respond to security violations, property damage, alarms and trespassers on client premises.

• Establish a strong security presence to deter crime and theft

• Provide excellent customer service to our clients, customers and patrons

• Perform safety and security duties with the highest standards of professionalism and integrity

• Complete incident reports for security purposes

• Respond to emergencies and elevate to law enforcement agencies as required

The Ideal Candidate

• A Valid Alberta Security License

• A Valid Driver’s License

• Personal vehicle

• Clean driving abstract (required)

• Previous mobile security experience (preferred)
