Qualifications

  • 2-3 ans d'expérience en supervision des opérations de sécurité ou coordination administrative.

Job description

Commissionaires BC is looking for a Mobile Security Patrol Division Administrative Coordinator in Kelowna, B.C. The Mobile Security Patrol Division Administrative Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the daily operations of mobile patrol division. This position ensures efficient deployment, documentation, compliance, and communication across mobile security teams. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to supporting a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:00PM
Pay rate: $24.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support & Coordination
  • Maintain patrol schedules in liaison with the area scheduler and assist in coordinating shift assignments.
  • Track and document patrol coverage, vehicle usage, incidents, and site visits.
  • Review shift reports, incident summaries, and performance metrics.
  • Liaise with clients to confirm patrol requirements, update site instructions, and resolve concerns.
  • Assist with fleet tracking, maintenance scheduling, and vehicle inspection recordkeeping.
Operational Oversight & Compliance
  • Monitor real-time patrol activity using Tracktik software, GPS tracking, and CCTV systems.
  • Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures, safety protocols, and client service standards.
  • Assist management with performance reviews and progressive discipline investigations.
  • Support onboarding of new patrol officers, working with scheduling for orientation/training
  • Coordinate incident reporting, follow-ups, and communication with supervisory staff
  • Maintain compliance with WorkSafe BC, provincial security licensing, and occupational health and safety regulations.
Team & Client Support
  • Act as an administrative point of contact between mobile patrol officers and division supervisor.
  • Provide support to management for Home Watch & Alarm Response client inquires.
  • Contribute to performance reviews by gathering patrol logs, feedback, and incident summaries.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts related to safety, patrol efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
  • 2–3 years of experience in security operations oversight or security administrative coordination
  • Current and valid BC Security Worker License.
  • Current and valid Class 5 BC Driver’s License.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and dispatch/patrol tracking systems.
  • Strong knowledge of Tracktik security reporting system preferred.
  • Fleet management experience preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of security licensing and regulatory compliance is an asset.
