Schedule: 3:00pm - 11:30pm, Wednesday to Saturday and every other Tuesday (72 hours bi-weekly)

Position's Primary Objectives: Mobile Outreach Workers are accountable for providing comprehensive, on-going support services to tenants of Pacifica Housing, including:
Key Responsibilities:
Additional property management functions include providing direct assistance to tenants during pest control or maintenance activities and assisting with minor repairs.
Administrative responsibilities include maintaining statistics, logbooks, preparing incident reports, assisting in policy development, and supporting fundraising and community engagement activities.
Other duties involve maintaining contact with team members, providing backup support, and participating in community meetings and case conferences.
Requirements:
Qualifications: An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Education in a related human/social service field, conflict resolution/crisis prevention training and experience are assets. Recent experience in the non-profit housing sector or social services, especially with populations impacted by homelessness, addictions, mental health issues, or other barriers, is preferred. Knowledge of the psychosocial rehabilitation model, harm reduction, and "Housing First" practices is essential. Skills in conflict management, crisis prevention, and proficiency in MS Office and mobile communication are required.
Additional Criteria: Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector, First Aid Certification, Naloxone training, valid driver’s license, and access to a reliable vehicle with appropriate insurance are mandatory.
