A community health organization in Ontario is seeking a Part-Time Community Occupational Therapy/Physiotherapy Assistant (OTA/PTA) to support clients of all ages in their homes. Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, monitoring client progress, and providing caregiver education. Candidates must have a relevant certification, strong communication skills, and a valid driver's license. Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable access to a car for work.
• Negative TB test completed within the last year.
• Valid CPR/First Aid certificate required.

Responsabilités

• Implement prescribed treatment plans under supervision.
• Support clients with exercises, mobility training, and daily tasks.
• Monitor and document client progress.

Connaissances

Effective verbal and written communication in English

Good judgement

Ability to work independently

Ability to work cooperatively with a team

Formation

Certificate or diploma in Occupational Therapy Assistant or Physiotherapy Assistant Program

PSW certification from an approved institution
