Job summary

A community-focused health organization in York Region seeks a part-time Occupational Therapy/Physiotherapy Assistant (OTA/PTA) to support clients in their homes. Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable access to a car necessary.
• Negative TB Test completed within the last year.
• Valid CPR/First Aid Certificate required.
• Immunization for measles, rubella, varicella, tetanus, and Diphtheria required.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans under OT/PT supervision.
• Support clients in mobility training and exercises.
• Monitor and document client progress and responses.
• Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team members.
