Job summary

TD Canada Trust in Hamilton, Ontario, is seeking a Mobile Mortgage Specialist to grow our mortgage book by developing relationships with realtors, builders and financial planners. You will work to convert opportunities into funded loans through proactive prospecting and client engagement.

You will receive ongoing sales training and coaching with access to a system designed for the TD sales channel, plus a competitive commission plan and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven sales track record and ability to develop and maintain customer relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, networking and relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of retail banking and/or credit adjudication is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop mortgage business by targeting referrals from realtors, builders, and financial planners.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to grow loan bookings.
• Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching to improve credit knowledge and sales skills.
