  • Identify client life and financial goals, potential barriers, provide recommendations, and manage ongoing relationships / portfolios.
  • Identify opportunities to refer clients to Partners across Wealth, Retail, Small Business Banking, and Commercial sectors.
  • Provide comprehensive reviews of clients’ financial circumstances and foster long-term relationships through financial planning and ongoing services.
  • Create a legendary customer experience at every interaction and deliver a positive “First Impression” by engaging customers in sales, service, and informational conversations.
  • Offer sound advice and contribute to continuous improvement of the customer experience.
  • Support ONE TD by referring customers to internal Bank partners as appropriate.
  • Possess knowledge of the real estate market, mortgage lending industry offers, and economic trends.
  • Proactively deepen expertise in TD mortgage products and maintain sound product knowledge.
  • Handle customer issues professionally and escalate when necessary.
  • Develop sales and credit knowledge and collaborate effectively within TD’s culture.
  • Work closely with District Manager on sales calls and coaching sessions.

37.5 hours / week

CUSTOMER

  • Identify client goals, provide recommendations, and manage relationships.
  • Refer clients to Partners across various banking sectors.
  • Review clients’ financial situations and develop long-term relationships.
  • Create exceptional customer experiences and positive first impressions.
  • Provide advice and support ongoing service improvements.
  • Refer customers to internal partners as needed.
  • Maintain knowledge of real estate, mortgage offers, and economic trends.
  • Deepen knowledge of TD mortgage products.
  • Address customer issues professionally and escalate when necessary.
  • Build sales and credit skills, collaborate within TD culture.
  • Work with District Manager on sales and coaching.

SHAREHOLDER

  • Meet or exceed sales targets for mortgage products.
  • Promote TD’s image in the community through participation and leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with reporting, policies, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Manage risks and protect organizational interests.
  • Monitor service levels and implement improvements.
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
  • Follow internal policies and stay informed of industry trends.
