What You’ll Do:

No two days are the same. Your primary duties will include:

  • Performing property turnovers and responding to service calls
  • Using your handyman skills to tackle general maintenance needs
  • Conducting maintenance checks and identifying problem areas
  • Painting and repairing apartment interiors
  • Managing inventory and ordering parts as needed
  • Inspecting and repairing plumbing, appliances, and safety-related issues
  • Handling basic carpentry tasks, including door, trim, and siding repairs
  • Keeping common areas clean and free of debris
  • Participating in an on-call rotation for emergency service requests
